Event Pricing & Options

The Opera House is a beautiful venue that can accommodate events of all sizes. We offer three rental options to meet your event's needs. Choose our Operetta for small, intimate events, our Grand Opera for larger gatherings, or the Full House for the largest celebrations!


Friday & Saturday Rentals

Tax will be applied to all rentals at the rate of 8.975%.

Additional Fees & Options

For each option, the first price listed is for Friday-Saturday events,
and the second price is for Sunday-Thursday events.

Security Deposit (refundable)

$325 / $300

A security deposit is required in addition to your rental and is due 30 days prior to your event. This will be refunded to you if the building is found to be in satisfactory condition after your rental.

Cleaning Fee (optional)

$125 / $100

We will take care of all clean up if you choose to pay the cleaning fee. This allows you to spend more time enjoying your event while we take care of the rest.

Rehearsal Add-on


If you need additional time to decorate or host a rehearsal dinner, you may rent either 4 hours or a full day on the day prior to your full day event at a discounted rate. Contact us for more details.

Bridal Suite

$150 / $75

Equipped with a counter top, mirrors, lounge seating and a private bathroom, our bridal suite is the perfect space for you and your bridesmaids to get ready.


All rentals include tables and chairs [set up by our staff], and the use of our kitchen. Full day rentals are from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. A $500 down payment [$300 for Sunday-Thursday events] is required to hold your date and is due at the time of booking. Tax will be applied to the rental at the rate of 8.975%. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and card.


Linen Rental

Simplify your event planning and rent your table linens from The Opera House. We keep basic white and black linens in stock, and can custom order other colors to suit your needs. Linens rented from us will be pressed and on the tables when you arrive the day of your event.

If you rent linens through The Opera House, you must provide us with the final count and color choice along with payment at least 30 days prior to your event.



The Opera House is proud to offer our own in-house photographer. Let us capture some of the biggest moments of your life! Want to add a little something extra to your event? Your guests will be lining up for a turn in our Photo Booth!


Photography Services

The Photo Booth


For the duration of your event. Our Photo Booth is fully enclosed and is equipped with a touch-screen computer and fun props! Photos are printed automatically and can be customized to your event. After your event, you will receive a jump drive with all photos!

5 hours of photography coverage, unlimited pictures, copyright release, and our favorite 50 edited digital photos

Package 2


5 hours of photography coverage, unlimited pictures, copyright release, and your pick of 150 edited digital photos

Package 3


Unlimited photography coverage, copyright release, your pick of 300 edited digital photos, & FREE photo booth during your event

While we hope you utilize our in-house photography services, you are not required to, and can hire any photographer you choose.
